glitch or hack??

happened to me twice in 2 days. shoreline. you most(MOST)of the time can hear a shot when you are hit. both time now i was in cover and low pretty well hidden. all of a sudden i die one shot i know thermal and such but in ditch or behind a rock wall. i died instantly by person. my guy just fell over dead. either way just ticked me off....lol love to know what it is...

I would say most likely it is a sound bug.  There are certain areas of certain maps where sound is off.  It's either muffled for no good reason, the sound may cut out completely, or it sounds hyper resonant.  Best to take a video and post it so we can hear/see exactly what you're referring to.
