High Pitched Constant Beep From Monitor When Playing on Factory

When I load into Factory and look at any light source (lightbulbs in the halls on the map), my monitor starts a constant, high-pitched beep. As far as I can tell it only happens on Factory. I've loaded into Customs / Woods / Reserve with no issue. What could be causing this? I've turned off all Post FX, ran graphics at LOW - my computer is pretty beefy and I've never had this issue before and usually run on Ultra. I just re-installed and started playing due to the recent Wipe and I get this issue. All drivers are up to date, etc. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, checked integrity of files, etc.

It happened on stream and I'm trying to get get a clip of it, I'll post it when I can, likely tomorrow.

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

Monitor: Acer XF 270H B

Bored so did a Google search. One fix was to make sure the monitor volume was set to 0. Other fixes were to send the monitor in for repair or replace.

Other other fixes were to reduce contrast which is where most people crank that up is in factory. Lastly was to use a lower refresh rate.

Try a few of those out and see if any work.

Yeah I Googled it as well before posting. I did disable the sound for monitors in the Control Panel, as well as put the volume of the monitor to 0. The beep is still present.

Reducing contrast didn't change anything - I also turned off PostFX, turned graphics to low, changed refresh rate, removed / replugged in the HDMI / DisplayPort cables.

It's strange.

If your screen is just white, like open paint and set contrast to high do you get the same noise?

Nope, no issues, no noise. This hasn't happened in any other game, I checked the cables, turned off post FX in game, turned settings to Low. It's odd.
