Return players' gears and loots, if got killed by confirmed cheaters?

Through Therapist or Prapor insurance. It's frustrating for people get geared and wrecked by cheaters

well, you have to insure everything in the first place, and maybe the cheater isnt looting everything, and some rando finds your corpse and loots it.  are you then going to take items out of the people who find your corpse and loot it?  if its not looted, and you insured it..you get it back anyway.  or what if some player scav enters later and finds a few bodies with loot on them?  again, you are saying because you died from a cheater that you punish non cheaters who found your loot, by taking it away from them so you can feel better about dying.

is the only way you die, to a cheater?  can you prove it was a cheater?  idk man, seems like a lame idea to me.
