Mass Frame Drops

Hi, I have been playing EFT for about a month now and I am experiencing massive frame drops. When I first started playing I ran this game with about 65-90 frames. Then about two weeks I would randomly drop down to 5-15 frames for about 30 seconds. This would happen maybe once or twice a raid but it has progressively gotten more frequent. Now this happens every couple of minutes and it is very frustrating. I still run about 60-80 frames when they are not dropping. I have tried optimizing my game and nividia settings. CPU: Intel Core i7-9750H @ 2.60GHz, Graphics Card: NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, and 16g of ram. Please help me

I have had the same issue but it has only been happening since the latest wipe I will have 60-70 frames and it will drop to 5-15 frames every 15-30 seconds. Really aggravating and has gotten me killed quite a few times. Sorry that this isn't helpful, but you are not alone

Dud this is players learning strength by throwing grenades, lots of grenades, smoke grenades...
