New "Found in Raid" system

Can anyone give me an in depth explanation of what gear is ultimately considered "found in raid" now? Still a relative noob (Level 15) and managed to kill a level 39 guy with 2 SVDS (one tricked out, one probably found in dorms), Slick body armor (tier 6), ACHHC helmet, MK3 rig, and attack2 backpack. Honestly was looking forward to the gains from selling it all, only to realize that only the non tricked out SVDS (probably found in dorms on customs) was "found in raid". Is it the case now that like if the guys entire kit was from bought from traders (as he was a high level and probably had access to buy it all), that its not considered found in raid? What if someone buys an item off flea market and takes it into a raid? If so I feel that that is honestly a bit stupid. Seemingly says, oh even if its an expensive gun unless you plan to use it yourself don't take it" (well minus the trader price). 

 

P.S. Obviously I could use the gear, and may just do that, just want to understand the system better so I can prioritize loot better (money vs gear) in the future.

this part is not correct. it still counts as found in raid, if you kill him and get the item that he has got in that specific raid , it is found in raid too. 

but your case is different, the armor that you have got from the pmcs will not count found in raid becasue pmcs have brought those armors in raid, so those have not spawn in that raid. 

--- if a player bring items in raid like backpack, armor, bullets, heals and ... they will not have FIR status

btw if you take a FIR armor like raiders or scavs armor from the raid and you survive, you can sell those in flea market. but if you wear those and get in a raid, the FIR status will be gone and you can't sell them on flea anymore.

But you can sell too dealers right?

yeah you can sell everything to dealers. there is no problem with that.
