If you can, set your servers to east coast US. Way too far for anybody in Asia to connect to without getting ping kicked. I've been playing Tarkov for a couple months now and only came across a handful of obvious cheaters (I play on east coast servers). Potentially could have been more but if they was it wasn't obvious.

Well then they're  ignorant and misinformed, because it's a well known fact most of the cheaters in the world in online video games are from China. Do all gamers in China cheat? No of course not but a mass majority of all cheaters are from China. Makes any of the legit players from China look bad because of the majority of the cheaters.
