Can we get a PTS so we can get eased into some of the horrendous issues we tend to run into when new patches are launched?

This most recent patch has made EVERYTHING choppy and I feel as though I am playing 60 hz on a top end gaming rig...

There is internal test - than there is select group test and later on there's gonna be expanded group[public] test for select members who will apply to participate.
