how tf does everyone get kills to the eyes so consistently especially at long range while the other person is sprinting i swear to god its like 50% of my deaths are to the eyes

You are lucky if it's only 50%.  I'd say 90% or higher for me.

in tarkov everyone aims for the head, otherwise you'll end up dead.  the sprinting ones are just luck sometimes.  Head eyes basically means any part of the head that's not covered by a normal sized helmet. 

Scavs have a knack of hitting this with their shottys as it only takes a single pellet to hit your face hitbox to keel over, super fun those shotty scavs.
