Missing Twitch Drops

I've been grinding out twitch drops for the past couple days, but when I logged into Tarkov to claim them all there weren't any messages in my inbox. My twitch and Tarkov accounts are linked, and I never had any problems during the last twitch drops. I am missing ~30 twitch drops. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi can you fix Twitch Drops please, hundreds of people are now complaining in a stream with 70,000 people watching due it being over 12 hours now since anyone has received a drop...  whats going on is it broken???? thanks a lot

Have you logged on and re-registered your character since the wipe? That appears to be the case for me - a step that is missing from the "Drops" page on the EFT website.

Once I did that, all drops received were then available in-game.

I missed out on around 20 drops, which greatly annoyed me.

Could you elaborate please? I'm pretty new and haven't logged in since this wipe occurred. I have like 50 drops and logged in today. It asked me to pick a person so I went with the Swat looking dude with the mask. It asked for a name I put my gamer tag. Then on the main menu. I went to Messages and it was empty.

 

I verified my account is linked with twitch. I stopped after that. I haven't done any missions or raids yet.

You should have logged in BEFORE watching any streams for drops. All items dropped for you are lost, I believe.

Any drops you receive from now, you should be able to collect.
