There is a live streaming of someone using hacks in tarkov and showing where to buy them. I have reported this channel multiple times over the past few months. nothing is happening. maybe posting it here helps. 

 

They are currently live streaming and still going strong. BSG ban them already.

they aren't almost ever actually "live streaming" its just a video on an endless loop, sometimes they update it.  They get taken down as much as they get put up unfortunately.  best you can do is keep reporting them on the streaming service as most of them this constitutes violation of their rules/guidelines
