error 228

I dont see a support or bugg report forum... I'm quite upset right now.

Error 228... I have a 2x2 alpha container , and i slot with 200,000 roubles is broken. I was transfering money to my brother who buys all marked room keys, so he could buy more.
I put 200,000 into my alpha container and we went intoa match... went to a room ... i opened a duffle bag, put my 200,000 in it, and closed it while i had it open so he could just open it and grab it real quick... when he went to grab it, there was nothing in there.... so we kept on with the match.... later on i came to a safe and found some roubles in it... i couldnt grab the roubles because apparently the game still thinks i have the 200,000 roubles on me.... on the way out of that match i got shot by an exit camper....

So... when i got out the match the 200,000 roubles was back in my alpha container on my character... when i try to move it , the game freezes, and i get a error 228 bug....

WHEN I TRY TO MOVE MY ALPHA CONTAINER IT BUGGS! so i cant even upgrade my alpha container.... one of the slots in that alpha container is bugged... meaning i have 3 slots outta 4....

i've restarted my game ... NOPE

ive survived another raid in hoping that would fix it server side... NOPE

i put in a ticket to support... still waiting

Today i got up, and tried to move the rest of my money into my pockets , NOT MY ALPHA CONTAINER, and it worked... meaning the game things i dont have 200,000 roubles in my alpha container , but still shows it.... WHEN I TRY TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF MY POCKETS , NOT THE 200,000, THE GAME FREEZES...

I NOW HAVE 0 ROUBLES AS ALL MY ROUBLES ARE FROZEN ON MY CHARACTER.

This is my first wipe... im lvl 16 ... i just started playing this game... i would like to keep playing it , but...

im bout to drop this **** like a bad habit. Not cool at all.

So i feel like there's nothing thats going to be done.... i feel like my character is stuck like this until another wipe... so im burnt... im done? rage?

help? anyone? Noone? nothing? wtf?

also this is happening after i lost 650,000 rouples b/c i accidently tried to sell a piece of duct tape for 18,000 , but i guess i had ammo selected on the flea market and spent 650,000 on flea market fee's... stupidly ... now im not saying fix that.... i took that one on the cheek... but im just letting you all know... im new .... im not a shroud pro player... it takes me some time to get this money...

and me and my brother have been doing the quests.... i was really looking foward to unlocking a bigger alpha container and all the cool stuff... but i guess i cant do that now.

OMG IT JUST FIXED ! I LOVE YOU ALL! IDK HOW...

I TRIED TO CTRL+LEFT CLICK SPLIT STACK ON THE MONEY ... AND IT WORKED... SO I KEPT DOING IT TILL I HAD 1 ROUBLE LEFT... AND I DRAGGED IT AND IT WORKED! THEN I TRIED DRAGGING MY ALPHA CONTAINER AND IT DIDNT FREEZE! ITS FIXED !

I LOVE YOU ALL! I DONT HAVE QUIT!
