Lucky scav junk box disappeared and i get a 228 error

opened tarkov and my scav junk box just wasn't there, i moved an item to where it used to be and i would then get the 228 error and it would not move an item where the scav box used to be.

the scav junk box is in a bag inside my Icase. dont think that should cause the issue.

any help would be appreciated, thanks

Edit: on the support page it says "We are aware of the problem with missing containers. Investigating"

Exact same scenario with me, case inside a bag inside I-Case. Hopefully they resolve it by through means of restoring the case and it's content, not just sending out compensation... I had a lot of hideout related items in there

Same here but i lost 2 T h i i c cases 5 weapons cases  1 lucky scav and another items.  feels bad

It happened to me too. Errror 228 and my lucky scav box dissapeared with everything inside. The scav box was inside an Oakley Backpack. I bought another lucky sav box one and i can't put inside on the same place where the previous one was. I don't know what to do!

I Just Lost my Scav box too, empty slot in a bag, i'm pissed off... What does the develloper can do about that?!

For now it's advised to not stack containers inside of eachother. Backpack stacking should still be fine.

As mentioned before the devs are aware of the issue and looking into fixing it. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
