Hitting people 3-4 times with mosin

I noticed with the wipe i hit people with the nsiper 3-4 times and they dont fall over.

I mean yes you can hit legs arms and body, but its obvious that something is fucked up with the hit box or something.

i picked up a mosin and was shooting scavs in Factory and i noticed no armor scavs taking multiple chest shots. yes could have hit the arms but it dint one shot any of them. could have been nerfed alot of ppl complain about the mosin

Bare chest > Body Armor

 

Also, the ammo system and the linked damage system is horrible.
