Loot tables altered?

Anyone else notice the not so subtle change to loot tables as in finding Grizzlys in weapon crates, Tozs in marked rooms (as the sole item), and other just off changes? I am talking the last day or two from the time of this thread creation. One thing I know is the marked rooms are a joke right now, at least on reserve, sure you may get something decent but finding it empty, chainlets, or a figgin Toz just makes me facepalm as a filing cabinet now has better loot.

it was like this even last wipe. sometimes you may find only bullets in marked room. once i got nothing  its totally random
