Bullshit exit camping

What the actual F***

I just played woods and all 3 extracts including ZB-014 were being exit camped.  That's literally 3 players camping exits.  Does BSG have a plan to deal with this or this just part of the game?

Like how far will it go?  Will we all just fight each other at the exits until there's no one left to actually play the map?

It's pretty simple.  If it's not your extract, you take damage while your sitting in it.  That'll at least prevent people from sitting in a corner in the actual extract room.

Why bother running the map when you can just get a free shot at a beat up player that spent the entire time gathering loot.

Okay let me just trade a THICC items case for a red rebel?  lol.  And yeah killing someone in a defended position when he hears you coming and pre-fires a hallway is super easy??  There's a "just do this" for everything but actually what the developers should "just do" is mitigate the problem.

Exit camping currently extremely low risk and very high reward.  What is to deter people from doing it?  How about you can't loot bodies in exit zones?  that would help.

Not true, what about 11sr, i'd say reserve is the worst because it only has 2 effective pmc extracts where you don't have to compromise on storage space

yea true, forgot how it feels not having a red rebel, without it its 100% pointless playing that map, only maybe pistol or scav runs could be worth it.

if you bring a good rig you can use manhole but you're giving up your ability to bring possible cases from marked rooms out

When I spawn near scav house or outskirts zb14 is the first place I rush. Every time I get there it’s the same thing.

some dummy loots the green weapon crate first and it gets left open then he moves to the gym bag. I always get there when they are halfway done with the bag and I will rush in and pre fire the right. 
 

A word of advice guys.  Loot the green crate last, it’s a dead giveaway you are there.

It is a game. And if you are not able to expect people in any bush this may not be the game for you. Yes the design on some of the maps are a bit unforgiving. But if you give people way too many ways to extract or to avoid fights then you get a boring game which on its own will be a bad design. Bottlenecks and limited ways of getting out is what makes this game such a rush in the first place. It forces fights on people which I personally like even if I suck at it. My suggestion is to adapt to the extract  campers gamestyle if they are a problem for you. Camp the campers! :)

The problem of exit campers isn't the game design...! It's some players have a bad mentality and don't know better to exit camp, because of lack of skills...

a Reap-ir would help and more skillful in spotting targets and such. gernades also. gotta know to expect the unexpected.!!!! happens in real world also!!!

It definitely is the game design.

Players follow the rules of the game and will exploit it to the maximum possible. Every game designer knows that. The whole job of the game designer is to create rules that keep all the players in check and create a fun game for everyone.

So if your rules dont succeed in doing that, you just failed the design.

A game design has to work for the worst of the worst players and the best of the best players.

Always.
