Introduction Quest

I hate woods, I am going to start with that because no matter how geared I am I always die. So I was wondering if I bought a cheap night vision monocular and went in at night with a scoped rifle what are my chances of success (By that I mean completing the quest without dying).

It boils down to how good your personal skill is, as well as what people are in the raid with you.
Taking night vision / good gear improves your chance to survive, it never guarantees it though.

Take it slow, wait for other people to fight eachother. I don't think people really scav into night raids on woods, so you might want to just wait in a bush for 10-15 minutes if you're really having trouble.
