Why don't scavs loot pmc's? it seems strange that these scavengers whose aim is to take what they find patrol - kill or find a geared pmc occasionally then ignore all that juicy loot. If this was incorporated into the game it would mix things up and add to the realism. I also feel scavs should patrol further  especially  if this was added as the likelihood of them finding a pmc would be greater.

Insurance would not be a problem because the if the scav is not killed or looted your gear would be returned - possibly at a price as the scav would require compensating.

Great - hope its implemented soon, been playing the game for two and a half years and didn't realise it was a planned addition.
