insurance return bug

Everytime I insure an item and I get the message about an insurance return, the "receive all" button does not do anything when its clicked.

1) Read the message about insurance return.

2) Click "Receive All" button.

3) Button disappears and no items are shown.

4) 2nd message later "you didn't retrieve items in time"...

I have the same problem i'm not even getting quest items.

I have the complete opposite problem, 99% of my insurance returns don’t appear as the orange bar in my mail box. I can only tell I have insurance by the paperclip telling me I have a new message and the receive all button.

it might have to do with no orange bar coming up for the return if I am logged in, I usually leave my PC on with EFT running in the background as it’s all I use my PC for. I shut it down for the weekend because I was going somewhere for a few days and when I came back I noticed I had the proper orange bar for my returns I got while gone.
