lost mi sicc and keys

Last night, due to an error, I threw away my sicc when looting a player and later it was impossible to recover it, since it fell into the dead player and even though I saw it, the joke could not be recovered, and I lost all the spa keys and the sicc. is there any way to get it back or could they even fix it from looting under the player .....

ayer a la noche por un error tire mi sicc al lootear un player y despues se hizo imposible recuperarla ya que se callo dentro del player muerto y aunq la vi no se podia recuperar la broma me salio en perder todas las llaves de balneario y el sicc  hay alguna forma de recuperarlo o aunq sea podian arreglar lo de lootear debajo del player.....

Lamento mucho lo que te ha ocurrido, desafortunadamente la única forma de recuperar estos items es esperar si los tenías asegurados.

Con respecto a no poder lootear lo que hay debajo de un cadaver, por favor contacta con el Soporte del juego a través del launcher (botón Report bug) o a través del siguiente enlace: https://www.escapefromtarkov.com/support.

ya me imagino solo lo posteo a ver si arreglan eso no es normal que pierda 9 millones por que no lo puedo recuperar debajo de un jugador lo otro tenia asegurado el sicc pero las llaves no
