No shoreline extract

So I was playing Shoreline and had a really good round.  Went to extract at Rock passage but no green smoke.  Check Road to Customs and it doesn't work??  It's red in my extract list, I've never seen this before.  Head over to CCP and its not open, so then head over to pier boat and it's not open.  Those are all 4 my extracts.  So I just died and lost everything. 

I've run shoreline a hundred times and never had this problem.  Can anyone explain to me what happened here so I don't have it happen again?

Hello, I had the same issue 13.07.2020,  23:50 with my first Scav run. Whatched a video about exits and had opened the map. Tried 2 scav exits and a "both" exit. Neither worked.

Occasionally Road to Customs will show up red in your exfil list. If this happens, you can still take the extract, it just wont show a countdown timer while you sit next to it.

This can also happen anywhere if the desync is bad. Stay in the extract and it will eventually extract you.
