Headset sound problems

Hello, I got some serious sound problems.

Sometimes, one side of my headset gets mute during game, once I even heard the sound inverse!

I think the problem occurs only in Tarkov, and when it happens, Discord is also affected. I have to close Discord and Tarkov, start both new then everything is ok again.

The problem happens with and without binaural sound and apparently much more often when I play factory.

 

I had this problem with two different headsets, two soundcards (both the soundblaster AE5, plugged in two differend slots,one at a time - of course, on the mainboard) so problem must come from tarkov?

 

have no answer yet from the support, would be great if someone know something about this problem, as play tarkov with one ear deaf is not good :)

Is it possible to be a discord problem? I´m not sure if I ever had this kind of bug when I play alone, maybe only if I talk via discord.

Assuming you weren't wearing your headphones backwards or something, you should probably try to unplug one of the audio cards and see if the problem persists.

Is the headset properly plugged in? Maby the port is broken?

could be just a driver issue: update your motherboard BIOS & chipset drivers + sound cards drivers from the support sites from each vendor
