Farming Part 2

I am on Farming Part 2. My progress since the last patch has been halted. I can not finish it. I discovered 3 t-shaped plugs on 3 different raids looted from file cabinets that would not recognize as found in raid. I have found a broken g-phone looted from a box that will also not recognize as found in raid to complete the quest. Any ideas?

Are you surviving and leaving the raid ?

Are you achieving enough exp or in raid long enough to obtain the "Found in raid" status ? (As in not a run through)
