Server connections/Servers down EU?

So I can't find anything on this anywhere but what's up with the servers in EU?

I've been restarting the internet, my computer and done everything I can thinking the problem is on my side since I can't find anything on this. Logging into the launcher is very slow, and I get backend error after a few seconds in the inventory. 

I also get timed out when trying to get into a raid.
