Speed hacker on shoreline

found a speed hacker just on shoreline TSS-JOSHH At first it looked like d-sysnc past the back door of cottage but he was zooming around cottage building. he was at the front then zoomed to front and killed a buddy, managed to kill him prefireing round corners. first 5-10 mins of the raid and he suspiciously had a gpu and ophthalmoscope in his bag. looked like he hit resort and pushed to tunnel to extract. in the space of 5-10 mins. VERY suspect. please check him out
