To be fair there 100% is issues with audio in the game, idk about his specific instance but there are plenty of times where things get janky. There’s a spot or two on interchange where when the alarm is going off, when you step in this spot, it completely muted the alarm. It doesn’t get very quiet it’s just the sound is gone, take a step in any direction and there it is blaring again. I’ve also noticed instances of automatic gunfire rapidly changing direction and/or volume. I notice this a lot on interchange when moving through a stores threshold where gunfire will sound like its 50m~ in front of me so I move out into the main aisles and all of a sudden the sound will be dampened by like 60% or the direction is now on the floor above/below. I’m not sure if it’s working as intended but it’s very jarring and ruins the sense of direction for sounds sometimes.

Dont take this as me shitting on the game, it’s something I’m used to kinda now and it has never been the sole reason for me dieing, I make a lot of poor decisions in raid that result in my death lol.
