Scav case prompt by "228 - ItemsMoving:Production is busy",I need help

In my hideout,i can't use Folder with intelligence or Roubles to run my Scav case.Everytime want to run Scav case ,it will prompt by "228 - ItemsMoving:Production is busy".Even I changed different computer in different city.I need to konw how to solve the problem please.

same problem here

looks like you didn't claim your previous scav case item and try to rerun the scav. 

maybe we all have to wait for the developer to answer this.

Sadly all my answers come from "common sense" and or "experience" as I am not exactly a tech support specialist. 

Since I haven't encountered this bug ever before there's not much I can help or assist you with, have you already reported it through the game launcher? If you haven't, please do so and include the video as evidence. A tech support specialist will get back to you.

Ok, status update, I've been told you should try the following solutions, if none work then please fill a support request.

  • Try to delete the cache folder
  • Try to turn the generator off and on again
  • Wait for the other branches to be done upgrading/crafting

@Sleepyyy I already filled support request but almost last 2 month they wont even do anything about this bug. I'm just hoping the  one the streamer caught this bug while in live. I can't even use scav case whole time. Support request usually responds automatically

Thanks  the tips while I do try the second and the third one

but dont seems make any differences. 

and... it used to have a folder inside the game installing folder name 'cache', but it is gone now. Would you mind show the address for that "cache folder" is? 

I guess it should be some bug with the server that keeping showing the production of the scav case was finished while in the domestic client it show the opposite (I guess thats the logic of "production is busy" ?)

I have report via game launcher but just got some "official response" which not come close to your answer which at least is some action for sovling.

BTW, lab are pretty duck recently with that silly GL40

Glad to have the techsupport for help.

 

I have try to finish other production before entering the hide out (however, the bitcoin farm was on the halfway for finished)

 

The problems still existed

maybe if enough people keep brining this up, BSG will eventually do something about it. i have been having the same issue. i thought about doing a clean wipe and deleting all the residual files from my computer, but if someone did this on a different computer in a different city, then doing a clean wipe wont solve anything.

I am experiencing the same Bug right now since they fixed the scav case times getting reduced by scav karma, was doing a folder run and now I cant claim it and it says production is busy if I try an Intel run and Production Limit if I try anything else.

heres a Video of it (and Ive already reported this a week ago, its a "known Issue" but sadly it hasnt been fixed yet):

The same situation to yours. And BSG technical cant give any available suggestion. They even suggested me to reset the charactor's data. I feel really disappointed to this game's technical.

I have the same problem. Appeared on August 2. Support left without a solution. Sent to the developers, expect a patch. The problem is already a year old. I think resetting the character or the game will solve the problem, but this is not a solution.
