ESP hacker on Shoreline

I clipped the whole situation for context.  Shot through cover, I was wearing comtecs so I aimed as soon as his footsteps were audible to mask the noise, and I hadn't moved in around 3 minutes, to which the player had came from West Wing and didn't know I was even there.  Player clearly was moving to get a shot when there is no possible way that I was heard because I didn't move.  You might suggest he was using thermals, you can't see prone people through the pile with thermals.  So hopefully it's not the real , but the guy is an obvious ESP'er.

I'm third floor watching 310.  There is no hole above me, you can't see me, and I didn't move.  The player went to back 3 story stairs and shot me through the desk pile.

If you're saying he's using a FN pistol then he really would have had no clue I was there for sure.  It would throw the slim possibility that he was using a thermal right out the window and guarantee that he was using ESP.
