How to find more weapons?

So far every time i loot green crates i only ever find weapon mods and pistols and whatnot. Are there spawns for more high tier weapons such as shotguns and ak's or is the only way to get those is to buy them or loot them off of somebody?

loot Scavs and other players, also the dorms in customs has some weapon parts to make an ak most times

I believe that in customs there is a way to find a fully decked M4 aswell however you need a so called " marked key" for it

What I normally do and I find this quite fun is to wait with a knife and try to scavenge of dead bodies I did this and walked away with a AK47, SKS,Backpack and armour. The other way is to loot those green boxes and sell it and go to trader hope this was some help

Also in factory you can find geared Saiga's in the side of Locker room that is near Forklift, normally is filled with a whole lot of dot sights and angle grips and the lock room has an AK that can spawn as seen from @metaltactical videos and green Crates spawn the PM, P226R Frames and MP-433 Grach Frames, plus the suppressors are expensive along with the PEQ-U and RIS and the Ketir light attachments and unshot pistol frames are good for loot runs, but dedicated full gear factory runs can get you the "god guns" in locker room and the locked closet

Yeah if you're looking to get guns without having to kill anyone for them, the 'mark' locked room in customs, gas station exit in customs, one of the factories in customs, locked room in factory, locker in factory are all good places to look.  they will never be complete and ready to fire though, so you'll have to escape with them or come into the game with mags.

And of course there's the option of sneaking around and finding bodies that others have left.

the best way really is to loot items off a dead scav or player.

where can i find ak-47 or shotgun pistols ???

i got eod edition of game and there is many things in my backpack , 

also take a look at traders , they are got bullets and extra mags , just buy a extra mag for my ak-47 and buy 12X bullet for 12slutshotgun but dono how can i load  these weapons  up ! 

somebody really needs help here !

I have some bad news for you dude. Right at this moment you cant find any ak-47 or shotgun pistols, but I pray for the day that you can.

found a VAL and VSS in the exit under the petrol station on the table. and if you can get through the scavs the miltary check point has guns inside sometimes complete sometimes not

With the new scav backpack you can get two primary weapons, a handgun, and up to 5 shotguns in your pack. Plus extra pistols or kedr in your alpha container or vest. Scav mode helps a lot as you can gear up without having to worry about the AI.

Doesn't seem like you need a key for that checkpoint any more. Just break the glass and you can loot the crates from the outside

Find the marked key and loot the marked room on dorms. It can have some valuable loot including the doc case and such. The shoreline has some good loot too if you search the rooms in the resort and even better if you have keys. There is a spot in woods that can also spawn good loot, it's closer to the checkpoint that is near the mill. the spot looks like a satanic circle

Kill people and scavs. They have guns. Also loot the shoreline health centre. There are alot of guns there.

knowing loot spawns and static spawns will allow you to retain more gun drops. Also green crates don't really give guns besides pistols.
