I have a few questions about Item found in raid

1. is weapon cases still possible? I have seen them on flea market . I have tried on reserve, but all i found was med, ammo, mag, key, dogtag cases. 

I have never seen a weapon cases before, is that thing lab only?

2. REAPIR mini scope, I used to find them around the reserve, and even boxes in factory, but now I never seen them in reserve. Is that item lab only?

Im pretty sure weapons cases, T H i C C and S I C C cases are no longer able to be found in raid. I presume the ones up on the flea are quest rewards maybe?

I would imagine that they took thermals out as well to make them rarer. Either that or nerfed the spawn into to ground so youll be lucky to find 1 per wipe.

I may be wrong on both of these but I havent seen or heard of any been found this wipe
