PSA: Item's randomly losing insurance in stash

So there is a peculiar glitch that makes items lose insurance that are in stash when you die in a raid, even when the item was not taken into raid. This has happened to me twice this patch, once to my red rebel and today when I logged in the MPX that I had used 2 raids prior lost its insurance.

I died one time with an AKM and another time in labs with a HKS and logged for the night. I have stream showing the item was clearly insured and now it's not there (the insurance).

Just a heads up, if you re-equip some items that were insured previously after you died using other gear, make sure to double check your insurance.

This is why I usually only insure right before raid, and use that gear until I die, but I had a follower that wanted to play so I regeared with other items and died after we wiped a squad to some random head eyes from other side of the map lol, I digress, make sure to check your insurance just incase. Both times, it happened with Prapor, so maybe it's just him I've been getting noticed from Therapist from items that were insured over a month ago still; therefore, I am assuming her insurance is okay.

So an update, I was able to replicate this glitch once more on accident. This seems to happen sometimes when dying in labs. I don't know why, but I decided to try running labs and to no surprise I died within the first 30 seconds. I was hiding to try and loot the Sanitary's stash, but the sweaty gamers decided to make a b-line to a hatchling that was hiding. I digress, after my death another one of my items lost its insurance. This time oddly enough it was a dog tag of a person that I suspected of cheating that I was able to kill with a nade.

I honestly don't know what triggers this, but it happend with my most recent lab death again. It's kind of amusing to see these random disappearances of insurance. So if you play labs and die there a lot, pay attention to some of your gear, it may randomly have lost insurance. FYI, my mpx that was in stash lost insurance after the previous night's labs death as well, so on my end I was able to confirm it twice from a lab death. I don't remember if my red rebel losing insurance was a lab death or not because I was really not paying attention until recently. Keep your gear safe out there!

For those that may be wondering, I already have reported, I'm just posting here so people have an idea and trying to update it as I see it occur again.
