This? can anyone explain this to me? ok like i get the fact that its supposed to replicate fog but why is it always like this inside interchange shits not realistic at all one bit.

Try using NV goggles on interchange even when it's pitch black at 3~4 am. You'll think the sun is 10 feet from  ya the way it lights up white lolz.
