server connection lost

ok my internet isn't the best but holy crap does anyone else get server connection lost basically every other raid?

i have lagspikes sure but in every other game it lags for 2 seconds and then is fine again

in tarkov it just straight up disconnects me and then decides to unload the map and all the assets so i can spend another 2 minutes reloading them all

1) are their servers/netcode really this staggeringly garbage?
2) why must i unload the whole game before reloading it? why not just automatically try to reconnect and lag me back to where i was when i lost connection? why must i go back to the main menu and then load the entire map again?

This is happening for me FAR too often now.

Playing with a 4 stack tonight - 2 of us got this with 800+ ping to the server and got dropped repeatedly. The other two, had no issues at all.

There is a simple free app called WinMTR.

Type in i.e. www.google.com and click Start and let it to work for a few minutes.

You can see latencies and packet losses in tested connection.

EFT is very, very packet loss sensitive. If you have packet losses, you can maybe reduce it over some vpn.
