First shot lag!

I cannot be the only one who is experiencing first shot lag. Every time I get shot, the first bullet that hits me lags my game so bad I am usually dead before the lag stops its a huuuuuuuuuuuuge stutter every time I begin an engagement. My PC is plenty capable. Lets discuss please.

Hey man did you find a fix for this, as it's happening to me every raid and only on first shot, which is obviously resulting in insta death.
