Do Loot stashes get refilled during the map?

I mean, sometimes very late in the raid I find a stash that has obviously been looted already (various low value loose loot lying besides it for example, and irregular arrangement of items inside the stash), however, the stash still contains a rare item of high value, or a gun (found an MP7 recently in such way - it's certainly small enough to almost always take it). It looks like some items are added into the stash during the raid, or?

Hatchlings cant take everything they find so they will only take the most valuable stuff

when i go through raids I tend to stuff things in stashes so that someone can get something even if its just pliers and maybe some nails that way stashes are still good for "late" spawners. I am not sure if they refill though

I found that some containers seem to be buggy that they have two containers. Sometimes, if you loot it twice, it has different items in it.

Yeah, this could explain it. Just today I've found a stash, which has already been looted, but it had a graphics card in it (besides some loose loot). Either stashes get refilled, either this guy had no clue what he's leaving behind. Hard to imagine him being full of more valuable loot.
