Little dots/blurry view.

Hello, so i got this trouble when i reinstalled my windows and downloaded the game, from that point whenever i try to play on any map, when im looking a bit further, the view gets blurry and allot of small dots appear and makes the view looking further very unclear, and its very irritating, what could cause the problem? Tried resetting the nvidia control panell, still nothing,turned off post fx , nothing, tried changing my graphics settings in-game, still the same, this stuff makes the game semi unplayable.

Graphics settings at the bottom, there are 4 checkables. Make sure they're unchecked. That might help.

Looks like the noise filter is on in your graphics settings. Like Obsydea suggested, uncheck the boxes at the bottom.
