Fix Custom Spawns

Every time i spawn in customs with a mate of mine we keep spawning at big red, Not even 1 minute in the match and we're dead. Doesn't mather what gear we have it keeps happening and i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one with this problem.
My suggestion is to make pmc a bit more easier to survive instead of dying after waiting for the sometimes way too long matchmaking
