We know 90% of them are from china, so it will stop lots of them coming to other servers as their VPN would still be too high? Wouldnt that be the most logical thing, i try to play labs in the morning i get hackers, i try to play in the afternoon hackers, i play at night hackers. To properly get rid of hackers we would have 99% features to be server sided instead of client sided + encrypted and even then I think there would be loopholes thats hackers would use. When we had 150 ping there were no issues with de-syncing people or rubber bullets (they never register hits). People moaned, BSG started to adjust ping higher, now it's probably at 175 or more. 150 ping for game where a single bullet can decide a victory and that "lag" saves or helps you in a way is bad. Also, there's more de-syncs lately than hackers. Currently flooded hacker maps are: Shoreline (around 3 hackers in 10 games from my experience), Labs (50/50 coinflip), Reserve (maybe 1 in 10-15 runs since Raider spawns changed), Interchange (maybe 4 out 15 games that I am in?) Other maps are fine and have rarely seen fishy stuff. IMO! It's hard to say if there are even hackers on maps I've said except for labs. Most of these deaths I think are de-syncs as I mentioned before. The amount of clips I have on my channel lately with de-syncs is just humongous.
