Now I"m not saying what happened but a VOG 17 is a 2.5 second delay and a vog 25 is a 2 second delay.

It is possible depending on distance/arc etc to detonate before it touches down as I've done it to people myself. If you don't see it coming it's a nasty surprise.

I get this all the time aswell wether its my own nade or an enemy one. I dont know whats going on with them i think there was even a patch a few months back to deal with this and it never fixed it for me.
