Is loot teleport still a thing?

Had some weird runs over the night while strength training where there was 0 loose loot on the map even with proper spawn in with countdown. 

Had couple spawns closest to new intel building with ZERO loot except containers / jackets / drawers, and used 25/25 marked key to 0 with some marked rooms having nothing in it. I've had instances where I don't see much maybe ammo, but never seen a completely empty one several times over 1 evening... 

Was curious so I looked it up on youtube and it seemed to have been a thing not too long ago, less than 4 months, anyone else notice this weirdness? I didn't pay attention in the past, but using 25/25 keys and seeing marked room completely empty several times is a new one for me, especially early wipe I was Zero'ing out marked room keys whenever I found one for the first 2 weeks and never experienced this.

Thanks for the confirmation, I thought I was going crazy. After waking up, it made more sense that I noticed this since it was the weekend afterall, I feel like that's when all the non RMT cheaters rear their ugly head more so than through the weekdays.
