In Reference to Labs and Raiders

I think there should be an option where just like how we can spawn as scavs in the game we can spawn as raiders on certain maps as well. This would obviously have a much larger cool down  and only certain maps should have the option. Just thought it would be a cool idea to share and see what the community thinks about it. Please share your thoughts and ideas in regards to which maps and the cd timers and maybe more! thanks for your time!

Raiders have better gear and loot, good armors and weapons will be too accessible for everybody. There won't be sense in grinding for these gear if you can get this from "raider raids"

You already have that, without a timer.  It is called your PMC.  Gear him up as good as or better than a raider and head into the raid.
