T1m3 Posted October 1, 2020 Share Posted October 1, 2020 The idea is allowing people to play with linked slash/hideout and traders, this would be a option when picking your name/faction have a option to add and accept invites to link your stuff. Starting equipment is the same as normal and if you have a higher account in your "co-op" then the slash/trade rep would default to the lowest account in the co-op. people with the Edge of Darkness edition would still get their gamma container, If you want to kick someone from the co-op then you would have to vote for it and have majority of the votes, 2 people in a co-op can't kick each other, if you kick someone their stuff will show up in a trader message like Insurance, if someone wants to join after the have started the co-op they can, they would have to reset their game profile and in setting would be a option to invite people and the other person would wait till the invite shows up. The features would be like this, quests are shared so if one person does one quests, The rest don't have to do it and can continue down the quest chain if their are more quests pass it, The slash is shared as well, one person moving items in it would show up on another co-op member screen if they are in the slash as well, Slash is still the normal size, Player level would be shared, there would be a global level for the co-op and a individual level, if you have 5 people in the co-op then 1/5 of the exp you get out of a raid goes to the global level, while your individual level would level up as normal and if you have 2 people in a co-op then its 1/2..etc. Trader level requirements go off the global level and not the individual level, individual level is what level your dog tag says, while your global level is what locks trader levels and quests, also have quests exp be the same since you all only do the quest once, should also increase trader stock for certain items times as many co-op members, Stock that could be increased as example Ammo, Weapon attachments and armor . Flea market rep would be global and the co-op has shared offers, whoever in the co-op puts up a offer, their name would be showed as the seller but anyone in the co-op can claim the money from it and take it down. Quests should have only one set of rewards excluding quests, The Punisher - Part 6 should give as many epsilon containers as many co-op members, Collector is the same deal as epsilon but for the kappa contaniner and possibly quests that give cases as a reward like Perfect mediator, since it can be up to 5 players in one slash, you would need to have 5 gear sets in a single slash. Hideout Crafting would be shared, if one person is crafting bullets then another person would see bullets being crafted and can't craft anything till its done crafting, This includes the bitcoin farm and the Scav case, Hideout upgrades should probably increase, as a example Generator level 1 costs 100,000 Roubles to make, if you have 5 people in the co-op then it would be 500,000 Roubles or Generator level 2 costing 15 wires instead would be 75 wires, Should exclude slash upgrades from this since upgrading the slash would be very important with 5 people sharing a single slash and it would cost 17,500,000 Roubles for lvl 2 slash with 5 people, The bitcoin farm should stay the same. Hideout may need a bigger shooting range as i don't think 5 people can shot down it at the same time. Raids can be entered by yourself and if you want to party with co-op members, they would show up in the invite screen and have a mark next to their names showing they are in your co-op, scav runs should be individual timers, so all 5 members could go do a run if they wanted to, also if someone is in the slash moving items and would show on the player scavs screen if they are trying to put items from their raid in the slash, If someone picks up the item for a quest other members can't pick up the quest item and if the person with the item dies then another co-op member can loot the item from them, if the person with the quest item survives then anyone in the co-op and turn it in, Insurance can be picked up by anyone. This is the idea and features it would give and also i have not played the game enough to know if this would make things too easy or too hard, would have to get other peoples option on this to know for sure. also as a sidenote, it would be nice if you could make multiple game profiles, standard edition would get 2 game profiles while edge of darkness would get 6 to 8 game profiles, i don't know if this would be a good idea but it would be nice Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Playing together already works well, you can do all quest together except maby the once with kill X scavs. They can be slow if you are a squad, maby make it so you share scav kills? Playing together already works well, you can do all quest together except maby the once with kill X scavs. They can be slow if you are a squad, maby make it so you share scav kills? the reason i like this idea is to share loot/quests, with my friends we say whoever got the last hit on them, (dogtag) gets the loot and anything left over others get, it would be nice to not have to worry about that and just mass loot him fast like rats, the quests i personally don't like, every time i get stuck on one with kill pmc's or scav's its a matter of how much time thats going to take. Sharing scav kills is a good idea in general, the crafting is i don't know, it would be a good idea if you x's how many items are needed for hideout, it should be fine for multiple crafting per co-op member.
