Interchange ambulances

On the Interchange map it has ambulances marked as sources of meds. I have searched these ambulances probably 100 times and i have never found anything in them. Am I missing something? Are they hidden in a weird spot in the ambulance, or do meds just not spawn in ambulances at all?

Im not sure if they fixed it but sometimes ill find the item laying right next to the van on the ground

Yesterday I found bandages inside, sometimes there is random meds on the ground near back doors.

Honestly ambulance spawn rates have always sucked and they should really be buffed since those things are loaded IRL and probably would not have been picked 100% clean.
