So apparently EFT team said that I don't have the game when I bought it

So apparently like the tilte says, after some months not playing the game cause my pc wasn't ready for the game I tried playing again, when I updated the launcher it said that I don't have the game purchased, and I won't pay for another new key.

You probably had a Trial Key and your license has expired.
You probably didn't buy the game from the official website escapefromtarkov.com, but somewhere else, right ?

Sounds like you got key from somewhere like g2a or another reseller website. You will need to contact there support for a refund. Normally a key is revoked if the original order was made using stolen credentials. If however you got it from official site please contact EFT support with proof of purchase, using xsolla receipt.
