DarkyShiro
I bought EFT some months ago, around march, I played for some days but my pc didn't have RAM enough to play it well, so recently I bought some extra RAM and I wanted to try again if I could play EFT, when I updated the launcher I got a surprised, it says that I didn't buy the game, and of course I did buy it, but apparently something on the system happen I guess and to EFT I don't have the game, I do still have the emails with the code and when I made the account to play EFT, included the email that says that I can play, honestly I don't know what to do, I paid 35.91 EUR for this game and I want to play or at least get my money back. Cruzx
Hmm weird that has never happened to me at least I recommend instead of going to the forums going to support on the eft website and throw a request.
Sleepyyy
If you bought your copy from a 3rd party website you have to get in contact with their support.

I did it but I'm so nervous about it, I know it would take time to receive a reply from them, and I just want to know that I won't lose money. The "ONLY" legit place to buy a key is from the official website.
pEPeGAalm
The very idea of buying from a third party site should not be youre first attempt at getting a game. The website that hosts the product guarantees you a copy of the game for as long as the service is provided for. Buying from a third party site could put your banking information at risk, your computer information at risk, as well as almost out right scam you. You should not have bought the game anywhere else than the site that hosts the product itself. Was not a smart move on your part. The game at the cheapest is $40 in the US. That is fairly cheap for a game you could sink 2000 hours into.

Can't guarantee you won't. We only provide support for keys purchased through our own store, as third party key re-sellers are not something we support. You will have to get into contact with the store you purchased the key at and try to work it out with them. Keys sold on third party websites are usually purchased with stolen credit cards as a means to launder the money from that stolen card, which means that after some time those keys get revoked since the transactions are fraudulent and the original owners have them reversed. If one of these revoked keys has already been used in an account, then that account loses the pre-order status (as is within BSGs right). I'm not saying this is the case, only that it could be.
