The support is atrocious at best. 

Same to me. I've lost my domain name of mailbox and not able to get any mails. So I provide them screnshots from my personal domain registrator(proofs of that the domain name is actually mine), screnshots from the payment system showing the purchase, previous emails from the mailbox, i told them that i have access to my mobile auth and recovery mailbox. And now they telling me to show the promo code, that I once activated. The next question shall be somthing like "Could you please provide the name of the item, that you firstly found in the raid"
