Can my friend drop me a Green Key Card that we found in raid together?

My friends and I found a Green Key Card in raid together, he was going to give it to me since he already has one, but he died before doing so. Are we going to get banned if he give it to me in the next raid?

You wont get banned, usually it is only picked up and a player is banned when its a repeated occurrence by a player, in which that player is looked into and if need be, a ban in place.
