Streaming frame drops issue

I want to start streaming this game cause I enjoy it and play it a lot but when I was looking at my stream labs the game is very choppy on the stream. I haven't had any problems with any other games like this.  Anyone know how to fix it.

You could make sure shadow play is off and also the windows inbuilt software is also turned off in windows game bar. ( on by default)
