Endless Matching

I am still having the endless matching bug. My friends are able to load in fine but I am not, I also have to restart to get an invite in the lobbies. I have tried every suggestion online to get this fixed. On October 25th, I put in support ticket 7733070 and still not have heard anything back over three weeks later. I am not able to play a game I spent $130 and it's really starting to bug me. I have even done a full fresh reinstall of the game and still cannot play it.

As mentioned in #eft-announcements, we installed an update to fix the issue related to the matching problems, this does not relate to the grouping problems. If you still have issues where you get stuck on Matching in the loadings to go in raids, please select more servers in the launcher and try again. If the issue persists afterwards, please contact me on discord. (Mathieu#8690)

Same. Hopefully they will patch next update so we can play again.
