tmodelsk
BSG - congrats. After your update on Friday (13.XI) mid-day - no any single shutter/lag on my side. Previously game was almost unplayable for me. I don't know if this is related with my PC (laptop actually). Its not the best one for gaming: CPU i7-6700HQ (4 cores, 8 logical, max ~3,1 - 3,3 Ghz), nVidia GTX 970M (3 Gb) , 32 Gb Ram, ssd. Now I can config online game for ~40-60 fps , offline is always worse. Edited November 14, 2020 by tmodelsk typo
KocLobster
They disabled Steam audio. Definite improvement to performance, but the audio in the game is really bad now. It's so much harder to identify where sounds come from, the audio is even worse than before.

thekins
My pc is stronger than yours and runs like an absolute slideshow even with 80+ fps its amazing how bad this game can run from one update to the other on different pcs
TheDuke990
EFT is running great after the update but the sound is totally weird without Steam Audio. But I have to say, that I didn't have any performance problems before you switched it off.
jaimebombas
i can also confirm that the last patch removed 99.9% of the stutters and fps drops. Nice work! Micro stutters still occur once in a while but it's not game braking as it was before. On a side note... Yesterday had a strange bug . While ADS with a scope the framerate capped at 30fps for some time then went back normal after a couple of minutes Edited November 15, 2020 by jaimebombas *
