Rouble Problem

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else was having the problem of Roubles. Currently not flexing I have 800K Roubles, and when I go to buy an item it doesn’t accept the money. Yes I have checked it’s Roubles. Like I drag and drop it but it doesn’t turn green. Or let me click deal. Unfortunately  this form doesn’t let me post a link of the problem I wanted to ask if it was me or not.This problem occurs with all the traders I try.
